Electrical Maintenance Engineer Building Services London Bridge up to £50,000 - No Call OutAn exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in London Bridge has arisen!Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work as part of an engineering team based across a commercial estate.The ideal candidate will have experience carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance within a large commercial building environment and will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance with a proven track record in commercial building services.This position would be ideal for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a strong multiskilled engineering background who is currently in a similar position. In return the company are offering a competitive salary up to £50,000 with a potential route into further career progression. There is no call out required for this position.Key duties & ResponsibilitiesLighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)Emergency lighting testsControl PanelsChanging BallastBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenanceMaintain and update Log booksHours of Work & Package InfoMonday to Friday - 08:00 / 17:00Basic Salary of up to £50,000.
