Job Description
You will join us as a Junior Plant Maintenance Engineer supporting the Site Manager in the safe, compliant and cost-effective operation of our anaerobic digestion (AD) facility. The role will support the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) system, planned shutdown activities and the safe, timely repair of plant equipment to maximise operational performance and renewable energy generation. You'll also receive structured training and development to build your engineering skills and knowledge within the renewable energy sector.\n
Plant Engineer Requirements\n
\nYou will join us as a Junior Plant Maintenance Engineer supporting the Site Manager in the safe, compliant and cost-effective operation of our anaerobic digestion (AD) facility. The role will support the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) system, planned shutdown activities and the safe, timely repair of plant equipment to maximise operational performance and renewable energy generation. You will receive structured training and development to build your engineering skills and knowledge within the renewable energy sector, along with the opportunity to gain a qualification.\n
\nDue to the nature of the role a full UK Driving Licence is required. You will have the ability to operate a telehandler truck and obtain a telehandler licence. The role will work a shift pattern of 7 days out of 14 including weekends, call out on a rota basis and remote monitoring of the AD Process.\n

Job type:Full Time, permanent, 42 hours per week on a rota plus remote monitoring. Shift Pattern\n
Salary:up to £33,000 pa, dependent on experience & qualifications+ allowance + overtime + bonus\n
Benefits: 23 days leave (equivalent to 6.6 weeks holiday), 4% employer pension and x4 life assurance\n
\nYou may have experience in the following: Plant Maintenance Engineer, Junior Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Multi-Skilled Engineer, Process Engineer, Plant Engineer, Engineering Technician, Operations Engineer, Renewable Energy Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Utilities Engineer or similar roles.\n
