CRO Analyst
Job Description
I'm hiring a CRO Analyst for one of the UK's most respected retail brands, helping drive the growth of their eCommerce business through experimentation, customer journey analysis, and conversion optimisation.
\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on CRO experience who wants to own experimentation and optimisation across a growing digital platform.

The role\nReporting into the Trading Manager, you'll be the dedicated CRO specialist within the team, responsible for identifying, prioritising, and analysing opportunities to improve customer journeys and conversion performance.
\nYou'll work closely with Trading, Design, Product and eCommerce stakeholders to understand how customers interact with the website and use those insights to influence testing and optimisation decisions.
\nThis is a genuinely hands-on CRO role focused on:

- A/B testing \n
- Funnel analysis \n
- Heatmap reviews \n
- User journey optimisation \n
- Conversion improvement \n
- Insight generation and recommendations \n
Importantly, this is not a CRO developer role. You'll own the testing programme, analysis, recommendations and reporting rather than building experiments yourself.
What you'll be doing\n- \n
- Analyse customer behaviour and website performance to identify optimisation opportunities \n
- Run and evaluate A/B testing programmes using tools such as AB Tasty \n
- Use heatmaps, user recordings and funnel analysis to uncover friction points within the customer journey \n
- Develop recommendations to improve conversion and user experience \n
- Present insights and test results to stakeholders across the business \n
- Prioritise testing opportunities based on customer and commercial value \n
- Monitor ROI and performance across the CRO programme \n
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support optimisation initiatives \n

- Previous CRO or Conversion Optimisation experience \n
- Experience running and analysing A/B tests \n
- Experience using tools such as:\n
- \n
- AB Tasty \n
- ContentSquare \n
- Hotjar \n
- Similar CRO platforms \n
\n - Strong analytical and insight-generation skills \n
- Experience presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders \n
- Passion for customer experience and user journeys \n
- \n
- Retail or eCommerce experience \n
- Google Analytics experience \n
- Understanding of SEO \n
- Experience working in B2C environments \n
- Exposure to project planning tools such as Monday.com \n
