Full-Time SEND Teaching Assistant – Ages 5–16
\nLocation: Liverpool, L26
\nHours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
\nContract: Full Academic Year (Temp to Perm Opportunity)
\nStart Date: ASAP
\nSalary: £100 – £106 per day (DOE)
\n\nWe are currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school supporting children and young people aged 5 to 16 with a wide range of needs and disabilities. This is a full-time position, running for the full academic year, with the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate.
\n\nAbout the Role:
\nYou will be working closely with pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, including:
\n\nAutism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
\n\nSensory processing difficulties
\n\nCommunication needs, including non-verbal pupils
\n\nPhysical disabilities
\n\nWorking under the guidance of class teachers and the SENCO, you’ll help provide personalised support, adapt resources, and promote independence and inclusion throughout the school day.
