Role Overview\nPosition: Senior / Supervising Social Worker
Hours: 28 hours per week, flexible on days
Salary: Up to £39,392.73 per annum FTE, based on experience
Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract
Location: Central West Midlands - covering Birmingham, Tamworth, Wolverhampton, Walsall, and Shrewsbury

As a Senior / Supervising Social Worker, you will:

- Recruit, train, assess, support, and supervise a diverse range of Foster Parents. \n
- Ensure high-quality placements for looked-after children. \n

What We’re Looking For\nWe seek an enthusiastic and committed self-starter who can work independently while staying connected with team members and Foster Parents. You should possess:

- Excellent assessment and communication skills, both written and verbal. \n
- Good IT skills and the ability to produce high-quality reports. \n
- A qualification in Social Work and current Social Work England registration. \n
- Recent experience in fostering and children's services is desirable, but we welcome less experienced candidates as well. \n
- A solid understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding. \n
- A drive to innovate and share our creative vision, whether you’re new to fostering or an experienced professional. \n
