Role Overview\n

Position: Senior / Supervising Social Worker
Hours: 21 hours per week, flexible on days
Salary: Up to £39,392.73 per annum FTE, based on experience
Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract
Location: North Nottinghamshire and North Derbyshire

Your Role\n

As a Senior / Supervising Social Worker, you will be an integral part of our friendly and dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting, training, assessing, supporting, and supervising a diverse range of foster parents.
  • \n
  • Ensuring high-quality placements for looked-after children.
  • \n
What We’re Looking For\n

We seek an enthusiastic and committed self-starter who can work independently while maintaining strong connections with team members and foster parents. The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess excellent assessment and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • \n
  • Be a qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
  • \n
  • Have a good understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding.
  • \n
  • Share our innovative vision, whether you’re new to fostering or an experienced Supervising Social Worker.
  • \n
