We cant offer a CoS for this roleYou havePassion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing settingLevel 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it)Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support.This role requires flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with colleagues while also being confident in taking the lead and working independently with customers when needed.The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approachFlexible Bank Work across both Outreach and Residential services in Cornwall supporting people with a range vulnerabilities and support needs.Stronger togetherWe do our best work when were ourselves. This could be Mon-Fri (9am-5pm) or weekend or evening shifts (whichever suits you as we have a variety of different services).To work flexibly across North/East Cornwall in residential (Homeless, ASC) or Outreach Services.
