As a Facilities & Maintenance Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and maintenance of this high-profile estate.The Role Working across a technically diverse and fast-paced environment, you will support a wide range of facilities and maintenance activities, including:Building maintenance and day-to-day operationsHealth & Safety compliance and site inspectionsHVAC, electrical and plumbing systemsPlanned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)Reactive maintenance and fault findingContractor coordination and stakeholder engagementEmergency response and incident supportGeneral building fabric repairs and upkeepThis position would suit an experienced Handyperson or Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative with a strong electrical background and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
