Wed love for you to consider joining our team!How you'll make an impactConducting in-depth fund manager due diligence through a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, with a primary focus on infrastructure and broader real assets.Presenting and articulating fund manager recommendations to the Investment Strategy Committee, clients, prospects and internal stakeholders (such as the Investment Consultant client teams).Closely monitoring the evolution of fund manager skill against their objectives post-selection.Actively contributing to the continual improvement of Gallaghers Manager Research process.Working on bespoke client requests for manager selection exercises, new market evaluations, deep dive diligence, portfolio reviews and recommendations.As a senior member of the team, you would also be instrumental in supporting the ongoing development of more junior team members.About YouA background in infrastructure equity and/or real estate fund manager research and investmentAn analytical mindset ability to cut through the marketing spin and understand where a managers edge truly lies.A self-starter approach - taking the initiative and having the confidence to express a view.Qualitative and quantitative investment evaluation skillsA strong sense of process and ability to project-manageThe ability to listen to, absorb, evaluate and communicate complex ideas clearly, verbally and in writing.Experience working directly with and presenting to clients.7+ years of investment experience.It would be great if you also haveProfessional qualification: CFA, CAIA.Experience working with institutional asset owners.An understanding of ESG and Climate-focused investing.Experience using industry tools such as Preqin, Bloomberg and PitchbookStrong, Excel-based analytical capabilitiesCompensation and benefitsAt Gallagher, we believe supporting our colleagues goes far beyond the role itself.For more information, visit our Benefits page.Competitive compensationComprehensive benefits programs designed to support your well-beingCareer development opportunities and ongoing learningA collaborative, people-first culture with accessible leadershipThe opportunity to do meaningful work with global reach and local impactAt Gallagher, we are dedicated to building an inclusive and authentic workplace.
