If so, we want to hear from you.Impact Recruitment are currently working with a well-established bespoke joinery business based in Wellingborough , specialising in the manufacture of commercial display stands, retail fixtures, and bespoke furniture. They are looking to recruit an experienced Bench Joiner to join their workshop team, with the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting and bespoke projects.Location: WellingboroughHours: Monday - Thursday, 07:30 - 16:30 / Friday, 07:30 - 13:30Pay: £17.00 per hourContract: PermanentDuties:Manufacture and assemble bespoke furniture, commercial display stands, fixtures, and joinery productsWork from technical drawings, diagrams, and build instructionsMeasure, cut, shape, and assemble components accuratelyWork with a variety of materials including MDF, plywood, solid wood, veneers, laminates, glass, metal, and acrylicsUse a range of hand and power tools to complete joinery workOperate woodworking machinery including wall saws, spindle moulders, edge banders, and similar equipmentEnsure completed work meets the required quality standards and project specificationsWork as part of a small team to complete projects efficiently and to deadlineMaintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environmentThe ideal candidate must:Have proven experience as a Bench Joiner or similar skilled joinery roleHave experience working with a range of timber and sheet materials, including MDF, plywood, solid wood, veneers, and laminatesBe confident using hand and power tools and woodworking machineryBe able to read and follow technical drawings and diagramsHave excellent attention to detail and take pride in the quality of their workBe reliable, hardworking, and able to manage their own workloadBe comfortable working within a small team environmentBenefits:25 days holiday plus Bank HolidaysChristmas profit-related bonusPension schemeInternal training and development opportunitiesClean working environmentIf this role sounds of interest to you then please apply with an up-to-date CV.Impact Recruitment is an employment agency working on behalf of our client.TPBN1_UKTJ
