You'll spend your time inspiring, encouraging and supporting students, rather than being overwhelmed by paperwork.Working within a strong safeguarding culture where every pupil is listened to, respected and actively involved in their learning, you will help prepare young people for life beyond the classroom.What You'll Be DoingRelationships, Sex and Health Education (RSHE) You'll deliver engaging and accessible lessons that help pupils understand:Healthy friendships and relationshipsRespect, consent and personal boundariesPhysical and emotional wellbeingMental health and resiliencePuberty and understanding the human bodyPersonal safety in the community, around roads and water, and online safetyIndependent Living Skills You'll equip pupils with practical, real-world skills that promote confidence and independence, including:Cooking simple mealsCleaning and household managementLaundry and personal hygieneShopping and budgetingUnderstanding money and everyday financesReading timetables and mapsUsing public transport safelyRoad safety and community awarenessOur pupils often require learning to be broken down into manageable, achievable steps.
