Baltic Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our long-standing manufacturing client with their search for a MIG Welder.Key Duties:Fabricate steel components.Carry out Jig MIG welding.Work with stainless steel sheet metal.Interpret and work from engineering drawings with precision.Operate independently or as part of a team to complete assigned workKey Requirements:Time-served/experienced Fabricator.Proven experience in MIG Welding.Ability to read and work from detailed engineering drawings.Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage workload effectively.The Package:£14 PH starting rate.37.5 hours per week, 07.30-4.30 M-Th and 07.30-11 Fri.26 days holiday + 8 bank.Company pension scheme.Health insurance.Bonus potential.Further training/development opportunities.Additional benefits.TPBN1_UKTJ
