Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing RefurbishmentLocation - RochdaleSalary/Package - £45,000 - £55,000 + Excellent Benefits PackageAbout the CompanyOur client is an established construction and refurbishment contractor specialising in the delivery of high-quality refurbishment and maintenance projects across the North West.The business works extensively within the social housing sector, delivering refurbishment and improvement programmes for housing providers and local authorities.
