\nMost Care Jobs Support People.
\nThis One Helps Them Get Their Independence Back.
\nImagine supporting someone who has just come home from hospital.
\nA few weeks ago, they were living independently.
\nNow something as simple as making a cup of tea, walking to the front door or preparing a meal feels overwhelming.
\nYou become the person who helps them rebuild their confidence, strength and everyday skills.
\n- \n
- You encourage. \n
- You motivate. \n
- You celebrate every small achievement. \n
And over a matter of weeks, you watch someone progress from needing support to living independently once again.
\nThat's what Reablement is all about.
\nIf you want a role where you can see the difference you make every day, we'd love to hear from you.
\nWhy This Role Is Different
\nUnlike traditional home care, Reablement focuses on helping people regain the skills they need to live independently following an illness, injury, fall or hospital stay.
\nYou're not simply doing things for people.
\nYou're helping them learn to do those things themselves again.
\nEvery visit has a purpose.
\nEvery small achievement matters.
\nEvery day brings the opportunity to change someone's future.
\n?? Paid for Your Shift Not Per Visit
\nLet's be honest.
\nOne of the biggest frustrations in home care is being paid by the visit while spending valuable time travelling between calls.
\nThat's not how we work.
\nAs a Reablement Care Assistant, you will be paid for your scheduled shift, not per call or visit.
\nThat means:
\n? Greater certainty over your earnings
\n? Less pressure and rushing between appointments
\n? More time to focus on delivering great support
\n? Better continuity of care for clients
\n? Mileage paid on top of your hourly rate
\nWe believe quality care comes from giving our care professionals the time and support they need to do their job properly.
\nPay Rates
\nMonday Friday: £14.70 per hour
\nSaturday: £16.50 per hour
\nSunday: £16.50 per hour
\nMileage: 30p per mile
\nGuaranteed hours available for suitable candidates
\nWhere You'll Work
\nYou'll be supporting clients across:
\n?? Dacorum District
\nHemel Hempstead, Tring, Berkhamsted and surrounding villages
\n?? Hertford & Ware
\nSG12, SG13, SG14
\n?? Sawbridgeworth & Surrounding Areas
\nCM21, CM22
\nShift Patterns
\nWe offer flexible opportunities across seven days a week.
\n?? Day Shift
\n7:00am 2:00pm
\n?? Evening Shift
\n4:00pm 10:00pm
\nPart-time and full-time opportunities available.
