Each day brings new challenges and rewards as you support young people in building positive relationships and reaching their full potential. We’ll provide comprehensive training to ensure you feel confident from day one! Your Role and Responsibilities\n
\nAs a Residential Support Worker , you will: \n
\nSupport young people with their daily routines \n
\nBuild positive relationships and become a trusted adult \n
\nHelp them develop confidence, life skills, and independence \n
\nEnsure they feel safe, supported, and encouraged every day \n
\nExperience with children or young people is a plus, but we’re here to support you every step of the way! Working Pattern\n
\nYour shifts will be on a rotating schedule: \n
\nEach shift lasts 24 hours, including paid sleep-in time \n
\nTypically, you’ll complete two or three shifts in a row \n
\nWork will include a mix of weekdays and weekends \n
\nOpportunities for overtime are available if you wish \n
\nWhat We’re Looking For\n
\nTo thrive in this role, you should: \n
\nHold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Health and Social Care, or be willing to work towards it \n
\nBe friendly and able to communicate effectively with children and colleagues \n
\nBe willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us) \n
