We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Design Technician / AutoCAD Technician to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical background in construction design who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.Key Responsibilities:\n

• Producing accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD
\n
• Assisting with the design and development of construction projects
\n
• Interpreting and applying UK Building Regulations to design work
\n
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure designs meet client and regulatory requirements
\n
• Supporting project delivery from concept through to completion
\n

Requirements:\n

\n
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential
\n
• Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations
\n
• Previous experience in a similar design or technician role within construction
\n
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
\n
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
\n
• Must live within a commutable distance of Maidstone, Kent
\n
