\nYou’ll need to:
\n- \n
- Hold a DfE-approved Early Years qualification at Level 2 or above \n
- Have a good understanding of the EYFS \n
- Be confident planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning opportunities \n
- Be able to observe, assess and record children’s progress \n
- Put children’s safety, wellbeing and happiness at the heart of everything you do \n
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues \n
- Be a collaborative, caring and enthusiastic team member \n
