Romanian Speaking Complex Care Carer Location: Barnet Pay Rate: £20.00 per hour Shift Pattern: • Days: 08:00 - 20:00 • Nights: 20:00 - 08:00 Romanian Speaking Complex Care Carer Required! We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Romanian-speaking Complex Care Carer to support a delightful 5-year-old child in her family home. Our client lives with her parents and two siblings and enjoys singing, music, and engaging with those around her. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide meaningful one-to-one support and make a real difference to a young child's quality of life. About the Role As a Complex Care Carer, you will provide person-centred care tailored to the client's individual needs, ensuring her safety, comfort, and wellbeing. Responsibilities include: • Supporting a young child with Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy • Monitoring and responding appropriately to seizure activity • Assisting with personal care and daily living activities including school runs • Providing safe moving and handling support using appropriate equipment and techniques • Encouraging participation in activities she enjoys, including singing and play-based interactions • Building a positive relationship with the client and her family • Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns Essential Requirements Fluent in Romanian and English Experience supporting individuals with Cerebral Palsy Experience supporting individuals with Epilepsy Competent in Moving and Handling Full UK driving licence and confident driver Right to work in the UK Caring, reliable, and patient nature Apply Now!
