Your Role\nAs a Casual Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people in a nurturing environment. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting young people with their daily routines \n
- Building positive relationships and becoming a trusted adult \n
- Helping them develop confidence, life skills, and independence \n
- Ensuring they feel safe, supported, and encouraged every day \n
Experience working with children or young people is a plus, but if this is your first time, don’t worry! We provide comprehensive training to ensure you feel confident in your role from day one.
What We’re Looking For\nTo thrive in this role, you should:

- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Health and Social Care, or equivalent (or be willing to work towards it) \n
- Be friendly and able to communicate effectively with children and colleagues \n
- Be willing to complete an enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us) \n
