Dolphin Homes is recruiting Support Workers to join our dedicated team at Park View , our 10-bed residential service in Gosport, Hampshire , supporting males and females with physical and learning disabilities.Two vacancies are available a 42-hour full-time position and a 24-hour part-time position, both working day shifts so whether you are looking for full-time or part-time work, we would love to hear from you.What Will You Be Doing? As a Support Worker at Park View in Gosport, no two days are the same. You will provide practical, emotional, and personal support to help the individuals we support live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Providing personal care and supporting daily routinesAssisting with dietary plans and meal preparationTeaching life skills to promote independenceSupporting individuals within the local Gosport communityAccompanying service users on activities and outingsAnd the activities are genuinely something special:Theme parks, Swimming, Horse riding, Cinema, UK and abroad holidays, Arts and crafts, Concerts, Cycling, Baking and much more!Why Dolphin Homes?
