Panel Technician

Job Description:Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Panel Technician to join our busy bodyshop team. You will be responsible for repairing and replacing damaged vehicle body panels to manufacturer standards, ensuring fleet vehicles are returned to service safely, efficiently, and to a high cosmetic finish.Key ResponsibilitiesRepair damaged vehicle panels using approved methodsRemove and replace body panels, trims, and componentsCarry out structural and non-structural panel repairsRealign chassis and bodywork using specialist equipmentPrepare vehicles for the paint processEnsure all repairs meet safety and quality standardsWork efficiently to meet agreed repair times and targetsMaintain a clean and safe working environmentFollow all health and safety proceduresSkills & Experience RequiredProven experience as a Panel Technician / Panel BeaterExperience working within a bodyshop or accident repair centreKnowledge of modern repair techniques and materialsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and qualityTime management and ability to work to deadlinesATA accreditation (desirable but not essential)Full UK driving licenceTPBN1_UKTJ
