Early Years Practitioner – (L12, Liverpool)
\nLocation: L12, Liverpool
\nSalary: Competitive, dependent on experience
\nHours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
\nContract: Long-term (remainder of the academic year)
\nAre you a passionate and nurturing Early Years Practitioner looking for a rewarding role in a supportive school environment?
\nWe are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming infant school in the L12 area of Liverpool. This role involves supporting the development and learning of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), ensuring they receive the best possible start to their education.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\nSupport the learning and development of children in line with the EYFS framework
\nCreate a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
\nAssist with play-based activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
\nWork closely with the class teacher and other staff to support children’s individual needs
\nFoster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
\nRequirements:
\nExperience working in an Early Years setting (school or nursery)
\nA Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, Childcare, or equivalent
\nA caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
\nStrong understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum
\nA commitment to safeguarding and supporting the well-being of young children
