Maintenance Operative

Catch 22 are recruiting for a Multi Trade Maintenance Operative on behalf of a leading specialist care provider. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established National Maintenance Team responsible for maintaining residential care homes across your designated region.

This is a varied, field-based role where you'll carry out reactive repairs, planned maintenance and general property upkeep, helping to ensure safe, comfortable living environments for residents.

• Carry out reactive and planned maintenance works
\n
• Complete general building repairs, carpentry, plumbing and decorating tasks
\n
• Diagnose faults and identify practical maintenance solutions
\n
• Update works completed using a digital job management system
\n
• Liaise with colleagues and contractors to ensure repairs are completed efficiently
\n
• Maintain high standards of safety, workmanship and customer service
\n

• Previous experience within property maintenance or a recognised trade
\n
• Good all-round maintenance knowledge
\n
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
\n
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload
\n
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence essential
\n

• 30,000 salary (opportunities to develop)
\n
