We are currently recruiting for an experienced and organised Senior Receptionist / Clerk to Governors to join a school in Cheltenham.

\n

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a permanent or temp-to-permanent position, with an immediate start preferred.

The Role\n

The successful candidate will play an important role within the school, providing a professional and welcoming reception service while supporting the governance function.

Key responsibilities include:* Managing the school reception and acting as a first point of contact* Providing an efficient and professional service to pupils, parents, staff and visitors* Supporting the Clerk to Governors function and preparing for meetings* Maintaining accurate records and confidential information* Using Arbor for school administration and record keeping* Providing general administrative support to the school* Liaising effectively with staff, governors, parents and external visitors

Experienced in a school reception or administrative environmentHighly organised with excellent attention to detailConfidence dealing with parents, staff and visitorsExperienced with Arbor or a similar school management systemAble to handle confidential information professionallyReliable, proactive and able to work independentlyAvailable to start as soon as possible

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
