\n\nRate - £450 - £500 (Daily)
\nLocation - Uxbridge (Hybrid)
\nDuration - 6 Months (Intially)
\nIR35 - Inside (Must use an umbrella company)
\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Fire Safety Compliance Manager to lead on fire safety and compliance across a diverse property portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring that all fire-related assets and systems are compliant with current legislation, standards, and best practices, while delivering a robust and effective compliance framework.
\nThe successful candidate will play a key role in managing fire risk, overseeing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes, and ensuring all Fire Risk Assessment actions are effectively delivered.
\n\nKey Responsibilities

- Lead and manage fire safety compliance across the organisation's property portfolio \n
- Oversee delivery and performance of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes related to fire safety systems \n
- Ensure all Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) actions are tracked, managed, and completed within required timeframes \n
- Maintain and monitor compliance with relevant fire safety legislation and standards \n
- Manage contractors and service providers delivering fire safety works and inspections \n
- Develop and maintain accurate records for compliance, audit, and reporting purposes \n
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to fire safety policies and procedures \n
- Provide expert advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on fire safety compliance \n
- Ensure effective governance, reporting risks and compliance issues appropriately \n
Key Skills & Experience
\nEssential
\n- \n
- NEBOSH qualification (Fire Safety or equivalent) \n
- Proven experience in fire safety compliance management \n
- Strong knowledge of: \n
- Fire safety legislation and regulations \n
- Fire Risk Assessments (FRA) and remedial action tracking \n
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) processes \n
- Experience managing contractors and compliance programmes \n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams \n

Desirable

- Experience with FRAEFM (Fire Risk Assessment & Estate/Facilities Management systems) \n
- Background working within a local authority or public sector environment \n
- Experience managing compliance across large and complex property portfolios \n
