A dynamic and supportive commercial property management firm is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join their team in Glasgow. The firm manages a diverse portfolio of commercial properties across the UK, including city centre Class A offices, local retail units, and industrial estates. This role offers a varied and exciting work environment with a strong emphasis on personal and supportive client relationships.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and growing their knowledge and experience in commercial property management. They will take responsibility for their own clients, be a real team player, and be willing to travel regularly throughout Scotland and occasionally the wider UK.

Qualifications Required:

\n
    \n
  • Full driving licence
  • \n
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the commercial property sector
  • \n
\n

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • \n
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multi-tasking abilities
  • \n
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for maintaining and developing client relationships
  • \n
  • Attention to detail
  • \n
  • Team working
  • \n
  • Proficient in using IT equipment and software packages (e.g., MS Office)
  • \n

Responsibilities:

\n
    \n
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and tenants regarding day-to-day commercial property management
  • \n
  • Support the Client Finance team with utilities, service charges, invoicing, and billing
  • \n
  • Conduct site management and safety inspections
  • \n
  • Contribute to internal operations, such as process improvement and office management
  • \n

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 (depending on experience) plus benefits

Hours of work: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
