The Role\n
\nAs a Service Engineer, you will carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work on installations.\n
\nEnsuring that customer satisfaction is achieved, you will efficiently diagnose and implement all reactive maintenance work on our clients installations, as well as other users installations.\n
\nYou will oversee and work to optimise the operational processes of a company's systems to increase productivity and reduce their use of excess time and materials.\n
About You\n
\nTo be considered as a Service Engineer, youll need:\n
\n- At a minimum, an ONC/D or City & Guilds qualification in electrical engineering or equivalent\n
\n- To be a competent time-served technician, preferably with a minimum of 3 years industrial electrical experience\n
\n- To be a competent electrician with the ability to interrogate and programme Comap and Deep Sea generator controllers\n
\n- To be competent in fault-finding electrical control panels\n
\n- The ability to read and interpret electrical design drawings\n
\n- Effective IT skills and competency in the use of Microsoft Office packages\n
\n- A full, valid driving licence\n
\nHours of Work: Monday Thursday, 8.30am - 5pm and Friday, 8.30pm - 4.00pm\n
\nThis role will involve weekend work and possible out-of-hours work. You will be required to participate in an established 24-hour callout programme based on a rota system.\n
\nOther companies may call this role Installation Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Engine Maintenance Technician, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Senior Field Service Technician, or Maintenance Technician.\n
