Position: PSHE/Careers Teacher
Contract: Full Time, Permanent, Term Time Only
Salary: £28,000 - £37,800 (dependent on experience)
Location: Horsham, West Sussex

- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 8.45am - 4.30pm \n
- Tuesday: 8.45am - 5.00pm \n

Your Role\nAs a key member of our dedicated team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students. You will:

- Deliver engaging and stimulating programs in PSHE, Careers, vocational subjects, and ASDAN. \n
- Motivate and encourage young people to reach their full potential. \n
- Maintain high expectations and a clear vision of educational excellence. \n
- Exhibit outstanding classroom management and teaching abilities. \n
- Collaborate with a supportive team to create a positive learning environment. \n
- Possess the flexibility to teach additional subjects as needed. \n
- Drive both manual and automatic vehicles. \n
The ideal candidate will possess:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) \n
- A passion for working with vulnerable young people \n
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships \n
