Due to continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and technically skilled engineer to join our commissioning team.This is a field-based role offering excellent long-term stability, varied projects, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to work with leading security technologies and manufacturers.What is on OfferSalary up to £50,000 DOECompany van & fuel cardTools, uniform & equipment providedComprehensive private healthcare20 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday offAdditional holiday entitlement with service (up to 25 days)Monthly company lunchesQuarterly company eventsSupportive and collaborative working environmentLong-term career progression opportunitiesWhat you will be doing as a Life Safety/Fire Alarm Commissioning Engineer:Commission and configure Fire Alarm, Evacuation Alert and emergency voice communication and toilet alarm systems and associated solutions.Perform system testing, fault finding, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.Ensure all systems are installed and commissioned in line with industry standards and client requirements.Work closely with installation teams, project managers, and clients during project delivery.Provide on-site and remote technical support where required.Deliver system training and handover documentation to clients.Maintain accurate records of commissioning activities and system configurations.Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all timesAdhoc duties as requiredSystems & TechnologiesYou will ideally have experience working with some of the following:Fire AlarmEvacuation AlertEmergency Voice CommunicationToilet Alarm systemsIntegrated Life Safety SystemsManufacturers may include:AdvancedApolloC-TecMorleyWhat we are looking for to be our Commissioning Engineer: Proven experience as a Commissioning Engineer within the Life Safety IndustryStrong experience with leading fire alarm systemsAbility to diagnose and resolve technical faults efficientlyStrong communication and customer-facing skillsFull UK driving licenceExperience with fire alarms, life safety is essential.Working HoursMonday to Friday8:00am 5:00pmField-based across London and the Southeast with occasional visits to the Northolt office.Apply NowIf you are a motivated Commissioning Engineer looking for your next opportunity within a growing and respected business, we would love to hear from you.Apply today to find out more.TPBN1_UKTJ
