Senior Support Worker

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team in Partington.Our Broadway home supports four adults in a detached property in Partington, South Manchester. The people we support here love taking part in both whole-home and independent activities such as walks, day trips out and hosting parties and celebrations.As a Senior Support Worker, you will be leading the team whilst you are on shift, acting as a role model to deliver the highest standards of care. You will develop strong relationships with the team and the people we support to ensure the best possible outcomes.You will get to know each individual, find out their interests, and support them to achieve the small and big steps in reaching their goals and living the life they choose.
