W&A is supporting a global organisation to appoint a Purchase to Pay Transformation Lead to play a key role in a major Finance Transformation programme.
\nBased just outside Glasgow with hybrid working, this two-year fixed-term opportunity will give you the scope to shape and improve Purchase to Pay across a complex, global environment.
\nThe Opportunity
\nThis is a highly visible transformation role for an experienced Purchase to Pay professional who wants to make a meaningful impact.
\nYou'll lead the P2P workstream, working closely with Finance, Procurement and wider stakeholders to simplify processes, strengthen controls and create more consistent ways of working. With a strong focus on transformation and continuous improvement, you'll help shape a P2P model that is efficient, scalable and ready for the future.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Lead the Purchase to Pay workstream as part of a wider Finance Transformation programme. \n
- Shape and improve end-to-end P2P processes and ways of working. \n
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency and strengthen controls. \n
- Support the design and implementation of systems and process change. \n
- Translate transformation priorities into clear plans and deliverable actions. \n
- Manage key risks, dependencies and workstream priorities. \n
- Provide P2P expertise throughout the wider ERP transformation. \n
- Help develop the longer-term roadmap for Purchase to Pay. \n
- Establish meaningful KPIs to support performance and continuous improvement. \n
- Build strong relationships across Finance, Procurement and the wider business. \n
Candidate Profile
\n- \n
- Strong Purchase to Pay or accounts payable experience. \n
- Experience in transformation, process improvement or process standardisation. \n
- Exposure to ERP implementation or systems change would be beneficial. \n
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. \n
- The ability to turn complex challenges into practical, workable solutions. \n
- A collaborative approach and confidence challenging existing ways of working. \n
- Experience within a global or complex organisation would be advantageous. \n
- LEAN or Six Sigma experience would be beneficial. \n
