The Role

\n

As a Customer Care Executive, you will help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of customer information across our systems. You will support the effective management of customer enquiries, cases, and defects while contributing to continuous service improvement.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, customer-focused, and confident working with data and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer cases accurately and efficiently.
  • \n
  • Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system.
  • \n
  • Carry out data cleansing and data quality audits.
  • \n
  • Support the logging, monitoring, and management of customer defects and service requests.
  • \n
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies.
  • \n
  • Ensure customer information remains accurate and compliant with organisational standards.
  • \n
  • Produce reports and analyse data using Microsoft Excel.
  • \n
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to improve data quality and customer service outcomes.

  • Provide excellent customer support through a range of communication channels.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, customer care, housing, or administrative environment.
  • \n
  • Strong experience using CRM systems.
  • \n
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • \n
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • \n
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • \n
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • \n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • \n
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

  • Experience working within a Housing Association, local authority, or social housing environment.
