\nThis rewarding role involves supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs and social, emotional and mental health needs.
Your responsibilities will include:\n- \n

Providing one-to-one and small group support.
\n - \n
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO.
\n - \n
Encouraging pupil independence and confidence.
\n - \n
Supporting communication, emotional regulation and engagement.
\n - \n
Helping to create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
\n

Have experience supporting children or young people with SEND (preferred).
\n - \n
Be patient, compassionate and resilient.
\n - \n
Have excellent communication skills.
\n - \n
Be committed to helping every child succeed.
\n - \n
Hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS.
