We are recruiting 2 Temporary German-Speaking 1st Line IT Support Advisors to join our client’s busy support team in Birmingham City Centre.

\n

\n

Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong customer service skills, good IT knowledge, and fluent German language skills, or anyone looking to develop a career within IT support.

\n

The Role

\n

\n

As a German-Speaking 1st Line IT Support Advisor, you will provide first-class support to customers, resolving a variety of IT queries and escalating issues where required.

\n

\n

You will receive full training before supporting customers independently.

\n

\n

You must be able to speak German fluently as part of this role.

\n

\n

Working Hours

\n

Start date: Wednesday 2nd September

\n

Initial training will be 9:00am – 5:30pm

\n

First shift will be Saturday 5th September

\n

Following training, you will work a 5 days on / 2 days off rotational shift pattern

\n

10-hour shifts between 10:00am and 10:00pm

\n

Shifts will alternate between:

\n

10:00am – 8:00pm

\n

12:00pm – 10:00pm

\n

The rota will include weekends

\n

This assignment is expected to last 4–6 weeks.

Due to the nature of this project, no holidays can be booked and no time off can be taken during the assignment.
