Role Overview\nPosition: Senior / Supervising Social Worker
Hours: 21 hours per week, flexible on days
Salary: Up to £39,392.73 per annum FTE, based on experience
Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract
Location: North Nottinghamshire and North Derbyshire

As a Senior / Supervising Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in:

- Recruiting, training, assessing, supporting, and supervising a diverse range of Foster Parents. \n
- Ensuring high-quality placements for looked-after children. \n
We seek an enthusiastic and committed self-starter who can work independently while maintaining strong connections with team members and Foster Parents. The ideal candidate will:

- Have excellent assessment skills and strong communication abilities, both written and verbal. \n
- Be a qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration. \n
- Possess a good understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding. \n
- Share our innovative vision, whether you’re new to fostering or an experienced Supervising Social Worker. \n
