Your Responsibilities\nAs an Engineer – Drainage and Water, you will play a vital role in our Design team, delivering compliant and sustainable solutions. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

- Deliver high-quality outputs: Take ownership of assigned tasks within work packages. \n
- Apply design standards: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality processes. \n
- Manage tasks effectively: Keep projects on track regarding programme and budget, while proactively addressing issues. \n
- Collaborate: Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners. \n
- Share knowledge: Contribute to team development and mentor early-career engineers. \n

- You have proven technical competence in Drainage & Water engineering, with experience across various sectors. \n
- You can work independently, taking ownership of your technical outputs while supporting broader project goals. \n
- You consistently apply relevant design standards, regulations, and quality processes. \n
- You understand programme, budget, and risk considerations, and know when to escalate issues. \n
- You hold a full driving licence and are open to travel as needed. \n
