Site Manager - Freelance Contract

Site Manager - Marham - 1 MonthApproach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a regional, construction main contractor, who are looking for an experienced Site manager with a strong groundworks background to join them for for at least the next month in a project in Marham.The ideal candidate, will have experience working on medium-large construction projects with a strong understanding of groundworks packages and MUST HAVE either an in-date DBS (Issued within the last 6 months) or MOD Security Clearances.Key Requirements:Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid tickets.MUST HAVE: In-date DBS Certificate or MOD Security ClearancesProven experience managing similar new build construction/groundworks projects.Strong health & safety and site procedure knowledge is essential.Key Duties:Overseeing day-to-day site operations.Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme.Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance.Reporting into the senior operations team on project updates.Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is on budget.Coordinating works across site and conducting constant quality checks.This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager with relevant experience looking for a medium-term contract.
