Parts AdvisorJob Location: Ferndown Industrial Estate, DorsetJob Type: PermanentSalary: £31,000 - £35,000 per annumHours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday Friday 8am 5pm (no weekends)Benefits: 22 days holiday + bank holidays, supportive team environment, excellent trainingWe are recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join a well-established, family-run vehicle dealer with an excellent reputation for customer service.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with parts or automotive experience.Working within a team of 3 in the busy parts department, as the Parts Advisor you will:Deal with customer and technician parts enquiriesCheck availability, pricing and lead timesOrder and issue partsBook parts to workshop jobsManage deliveries and storesLiaise with Service and Sales teamsKeep internal systems updatedFor the Parts Advisor role, we are looking for someone who is:Experienced in parts/automotiveCustomer-focused with excellent communication skillsOrganised and able to work in a fast-paced environmentEnthusiastic and willing to learnInterested?
