RICS Registered Valuer / MRICS Chartered Surveyor
\nMidlands – Hybrid Working
\n £400-500 per day.
\n Interim Contract
\n Local Authority
I'm currently working with a Local Authority in the Midlands who are looking to bring an experienced RICS Registered Valuer who is also a MRICS Chartered Surveyor into their Property & Estates team.
\nThis is a great opportunity for an experienced General Practice Surveyor who has worked across Local Authority or wider public-sector property and is comfortable managing a varied caseload.
\nThe role will include:
\nUndertaking Red Book and asset valuations across a varied property portfolio
\n Supporting the authority's asset valuation programme
\n Managing rent reviews, lease renewals and other landlord & tenant matters
\n Supporting acquisitions and disposals
\n Providing advice around commercial property, income and asset optimisation
\n Preparing valuation reports and professional property advice
\n Working closely with colleagues across Property, Finance and wider council services
What we're looking for:
\n?? MRICS Chartered Surveyor
\n ?? RICS Registered Valuer
\n ?? Strong valuation / General Practice property experience
\n ?? Previous Local Authority or public-sector experience highly desirable
\n ?? Confident working independently and managing a varied caseload
The role offers hybrid working, with flexibility around home and site-based working depending on the requirements of the portfolio.
