Pertemps are working with our public sector client to recruit for an HR Advisor on a temporary basis.

\n Role – HR Advisor
\n Location – Edinburgh City Centre (hybrid working – office based on Wednesday and Thursday)
\n Duration – 3 months with possible extension
\n Pay - £16.07 per hour
\n Hours – Monday – Friday, 36 hours per week
\n Start date – immediate

\n The successful candidate will be joining an established HR team who are required to have confidence and are able to answer queries effectively at first point of contact. You will be carrying out, but not be limited to:

• Answering calls
\n
• Providing advice and guidance in accordance with company policies and legislation
\n
• Coaching Hiring Managers to build confidence
\n
• Guiding managers towards independent problem solving
\n
• Adding detailed case notes to the system during live calls
\n
• Managing your own caseload
\n
• Taking ownership of queries and cases
\n
• Any other tasks as required
\n

\n You need to be able to think fast and on your feet, be a strong problem solver and have excellent customer service skills. \n
