\nIn this pivotal role, you’ll lead a skilled team of Lift Engineers and subcontractors, guiding them to achieve our Minor Repairs Plan objectives across all makes and models of lifts. \nBased at our Birmingham Service Branch, you’ll enjoy regular travel across the region. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

Working Hours\nMonday to Thursday, and Friday
Your Responsibilities as a Field Repair Manager:\n- \n
- Efficiently plan engineer workloads, including the allocation of repair works. \n
- Maintain a diverse portfolio of projects. \n
- Manage team performance, absence, and appraisals. \n
- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety procedures, conducting risk assessments and method statements. \n
- Carry out regular site monitoring to maintain high standards. \n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any queries and complaints. \n

- Previous experience in the lift industry or a similar service industry with transferable skills is essential. \n
- Relevant management qualifications are desirable. \n
- Qualified to a minimum NVQ level 3 in Lift Engineering. \n
