You'll liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver a seamless service while maintaining high standards across your portfolio.As a Property Manager , your role will involve:Managing existing tenancies by arranging repairs to be carried out through contractorsBeing the main point of contact liaising with contractors, landlords and tenantsCompleting all pre tenancy works for tenant's moving in and moving outNegotiations and actioning of end of tenancy deposit releasesEnsuring all properties are keeping up with current legislationDealing with ContractorsOrganising and ensuring the security of keysCompleting inspections and property visitsThe Individual:Experience of managing a portfolio of residential properties, ideally London basedExcellent Lettings administration skillsExcellent organisational skillsA strong problem solverThe ability to work under pressure and to deadlinesStrong written and verbal and communication skillsProven customer service skillsIf you are interested in this Senior Property Manager position and would like to know more, please email your CV or telephone us on a strictly private and confidential basis for an informal discussion.*Recommend a friend* - Do you know someone looking for a position?
