This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for detail, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.You'll play an important role in supporting the complaints process from start to finish, ensuring claims are logged accurately, investigations are coordinated effectively, and customers receive clear and timely communication.Working closely with colleagues across the business, as well as suppliers and customers, you'll help maintain high standards, support continuous improvement, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the team.This role is initially offered as a 6 month fixed-term-contract.What you get from usBase salary up to £27,800Employer matched pension up to 5%Health cash planFlexible benefits including; Corporate gym discounts, shopping discounts, enhanced maternity & paternity policy and many moreAccess to online GP & life assuranceKey responsibilitiesSupport the Complaints team by accurately logging and processing claims in a timely manner, ensuring all records are maintained to a high standardAcknowledge, update and maintain claim information across supplier portals, ensuring data is accurate, complete and up to dateRaise purchase orders and review invoices for processing, validating details and resolving any discrepancies where requiredWork closely with operational sites to coordinate, prepare and support investigations, gathering relevant information and documentationLiaise with customers to obtain additional information, providing a professional and responsive service throughout the claims processAnalyse customer feedback and investigation findings to help prepare clear, accurate and customer-focused responsesRun, maintain and distribute reports, providing insight and administrative support to wider business operations and continuous improvement activitiesBuild effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the efficient resolution of complaints and claimsSupport compliance with company policies, procedures and service level agreements, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail at all timesProvide flexible administrative and operational support across the team, particularly during periods of high workload, helping to ensure service standards are consistently metAbout youPrevious experience in a similar role is desirableAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)Detail orientated with great organisational and time management skillsStrong communication skills to communicate with both internal and external stakeholdersTime spent working within an FMCG or food manufacturing environment would be advantageousPositive, proactive, and flexible attitude with a passion for maintaining high standardsNatures Way Foods is the leading manufacturer of prepared salads, coleslaw and food-to-go for supermarkets and retailers, and as such we work closely with farmers across Europe.
