Thats where you come in.Were looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in a major transformation programme: the migration of Oracle Retail 15.x to Oracle Retail SaaS, alongside broader hybrid cloud modernisation across OCI, Azure, and on-prem environments.If you thrive in complex hybrid landscapes, enjoy shaping secure and resilient architectures, and want to influence technology decisions at enterprise scale, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.What Youll Do:Lead infrastructure architecture for critical cloud and hybrid programmes, ensuring platforms are secure, resilient, and fit for purpose.Act as the primary architecture contact for the Oracle Retail SaaS migration, covering networking, identity, security, hosting, and operational readiness.Design and assure hybrid connectivity patterns across Verizon SDI, SWAN, OCI, Azure, and SaaS platforms.Produce high-quality architecture artefacts including target architectures, solution blueprints, low-level designs, and operational handover documentation.Influence stakeholders across technology and business teams, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable decisions.Govern technical delivery to ensure alignment with architecture standards and non-functional requirements.What You Bring:5+ years designing and delivering enterprise-scale infrastructure solutions; 8+ years in technology overall with experience of at least 1 Oracle Retail migration (on prem to SaaS)Strong architecture experience across hybrid environments, cloud networking, routing, firewalls, DNS, identity, and security.Deep knowledge of OCI and Azure platform patterns, connectivity, segmentation, resilience, and shared services.Hands-on experience with hybrid networking (Verizon SDI, SWAN), routing domains, QoS, and failover testing.Expertise in identity and access management (Azure AD/Entra ID, federation/SSO, conditional access, privileged access).Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience delivering architecture governance and technical assurance for large-scale programmes.Contract Details:£575 - £600 per day Inside IR356-month contract, subject to extensionHybrid working with 2 days per week in ReadingTPBN1_UKTJ
