Warehouse Operative Islip Location: IslipPay Rate: £13.40 per hour (Days) / £14.74 per hour (Backs)Overtime: £17.42 per hour (Days) / £18.76 per hour (Backs)Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts 6:00am2:00pm / 2:00pm10:00pmWorking Days: Any 5 days out of 7, including weekends, on a rotaContract: Temporary OngoingStart: Immediate starts availableWarehouse Operatives Immediate Starts Quest Employment are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a large and busy retail distribution centre in Islip .This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking for long-term, ongoing warehouse work , with full training provided and the opportunity to work within a well-established and supportive distribution environment.You don't need previous warehouse experience to apply we're looking for people with the right attitude, reliability and commitment to ongoing work .The Role As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:Picking customer orders using a voice-picking headsetPicking and packing clothing and accessoriesUsing RF scanners to accurately locate and process stockManual handling and moving stock around the warehouseEnsuring orders are picked accurately and efficientlyWorking towards daily productivity and quality targetsFollowing all health & safety and site proceduresSupporting other areas of the warehouse when requiredWhat We're Looking For We are looking for candidates who are:Reliable, punctual and committed to ongoing workComfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environmentPhysically fit and comfortable with manual handlingAble to work any 5 days out of 7 , including weekendsFlexible to work rotating day and back shiftsAble to follow instructions and work as part of a teamHave a good level of spoken and written EnglishWilling to complete all required trainingAble to successfully complete a Drug & Alcohol testHave their own transport due to the location and shift timesPrevious warehouse, picking, packing or voice-picking experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided.Shift & Pay Day Shift:6:00am 2:00pm£13.40 per hourOvertime: £17.42 per hourBack Shift:2:00pm 10:00pm£14.74 per hourOvertime: £18.76 per hourPlease note: You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7 , including weekends, according to the site rota.What's on Offer?
