UK and European HSE Manager

As a global leader in fall protection, safe access solutions, and training, we're looking for an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager to lead and support our UK and European operations.This is a high-impact role for a proactive HSE professional who enjoys a mix of strategic leadership, auditing, training, and hands-on site engagement. You'll work closely with business leaders across multiple locations to drive a strong safety culture, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvement.What you'll be doing Lead and develop HSE programmes across the UK and EuropeProvide expert guidance on UK and European HSE legislation and best practiceConduct audits, inspections, and compliance reviews across business unitsDeliver HSE and working-at-height trainingMonitor, analyse, and report on HSE performance and KPIsSupport accident and incident investigations and implement corrective actionsWork with managers and teams to develop risk assessments and safe systems of workBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodiesWhat we're looking for Minimum 5 years' HSE management experienceStrong auditing and compliance backgroundSound knowledge of UK and European HSE regulationsNEBOSH qualification (or equivalent experience)Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systemsExcellent communication and influencing skillsFull driving licence and willingness to travel extensivelyExperience within construction, work at height, manufacturing, or industrial environments is highly desirableWhy Kee Safety?
