The Role

As an English Teacher, you will:

• Deliver high-quality English Language and Literature lessons across KS3 and KS4

• Foster critical thinking, analytical skills and creativity

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that support learners of all abilities

• Assess, monitor and track student progress to drive achievement
\n
• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment

• Contribute to the wider success of the English department and school community

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for teachers who:

• Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
\n
• Have experience teaching English Language and Literature within UK secondary schools
\n
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management
\n
• Are committed to raising attainment and improving outcomes for students
\n
• Have a genuine passion for English and education
\n
• Can build positive relationships with students, colleagues and parents
\n
