The Role

As a Maths Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and challenging Mathematics lessons across KS3 and KS4
\n
• Support students in developing confidence with numeracy, reasoning and problem-solving
\n
• Plan and deliver lessons that cater to a broad range of abilities and learning needs
\n
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing effective feedback and intervention
\n
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can succeed
\n
• Contribute to departmental initiatives and wider school activities
\n

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for teachers who:

• Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
\n
• Have experience teaching Mathematics within UK secondary schools
\n
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills
\n
• Are committed to raising attainment and improving student outcomes
\n
• Have high expectations for achievement, behaviour and engagement
\n
• Can build positive working relationships with students, colleagues and parents
\n
