Job Description
Our organization is seeking enthusiastic, patient-centered physicians trained in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM) to become part of our innovative primary care team. We have openings across our multi-county service area in northcentral Pennsylvania, featuring well-equipped facilities with on-site support services and experienced colleagues.
Competitive base salary: $250,000 with attractive productivity bonuses.
Sign-on bonus: $150,000, plus a $100,000 retention bonus over five years, totaling $250,000.
Our network includes over a dozen locations across multiple counties, providing comprehensive population health management for our community.
Dedicated medical directors at each site ensure that physicians have a voice and collaborative partnership.
Nurse coordinators assist with pre- and post-visit care, working closely with physicians to support patients with higher needs.
Our physician and advanced practice provider partnership model helps manage patient panels while promoting a healthy work-life balance.
A centralized prescription refill team, a structured controlled substance program, and a 24/7 nurse call center are in place to reduce administrative burdens on physicians.
