Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Spine Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the vibrant community of Richland, Washington. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on providing exceptional outpatient care to spine patients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive and collegial team environment.
- Participate in a robust onboarding program to ensure a smooth transition into your role.
- Previous experience as a nurse practitioner is required.
- Access to a professional student loan consultant for financial guidance.
- Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) as part of a non-profit organization.
- Enjoy a flexible 36-hour work week, Monday through Friday.
- This position is fully outpatient with no on-call responsibilities.
- Annual salary ranges from $146,690 to $197,175, which may include productivity or quality/service incentives.
- Potential for additional compensation through call pay and extra shift incentives.
- CME benefits may also be available to providers.
